Starka acquires C Holmqvist Entreprenad AB
Starka continues to grow and broadens its offerings by acquiring the construction company C Holmqvist Entreprenad AB. C. Holmqvist Entreprenad AB works mainly with casting of industrial flooring as a subcontractor for construction companies. The company has a turnover of 25 MSEK and is based in Tyringe in Skåne, Sweden.
The acquisition will strenghten Starka’s offer to their customers through a wider range of products and services. The company will continue to operate under the name Christian Holmqvist Entreprenad KB as a subsidiary to Starka. After the acquisition Starka has six business areas and is located in Lund, Kristianstad, Ängelholm, Tyringe, Arboga and in Denmark.
Navet has acted as advisor to C. Holmqvist Entreprenad AB in the deal.
