Gullbergs acquires a new company
The fast-growing office supply chain Gullbergs Kontorscenter AB continues its expansion by acquiring John H Snabbgross AB in Eskilstuna.
John H Snabbgross AB is a well-established office supply company in Eskilstuna and the Mälardalen region. The company has annual sales of approx 15 MSEK and 5 employees. Activities will be continued under the name Gullbergs Kontorscenter AB.
After the acquisition of John H Snabbgross AB Gullbergs now operates 22 office supply stores around the country. Turnover in 2010 was 440 MSEK and 2011 it is estimated to approx 525 MSEK. The number of employees is about 220.
